About Faith Systems

Over 30 years in the fire alarm industry. One team. One standard.

Our Story

Faith Systems was founded by Paul Clark, who has worked in the fire alarm industry since 1993 — over 30 years of hands-on design, installation, commissioning, and project management.

Paul started as a commissioning and service engineer with Leader Fire Systems, spending six years working across Apollo XP95, Hochiki ESP, and a wide range of conventional and addressable systems. After a period self-employed — including installing MICC cabling on a 35-storey building at City Point, Moorgate — Paul joined Defensor Fire Detection Systems, gaining in-depth experience with Gent Vigilon and 8000 panels alongside the Notifier ID range.

The business began trading in 2002 as ‘Paul Clark – Fire Systems Engineers’, initially providing skilled freelance engineering to fire alarm companies. As the client base grew, so did the scope — from engineering for others to designing, installing, and maintaining complete systems. Faith Systems Limited was incorporated in 2005.

Since 2016, the focus has expanded to include project management of complex multi-system installations encompassing fire alarm, voice alarm, VESDA, gas suppression, and emergency voice communication systems.
